First Article for each type of cable assembly will be required from all but proven sources. The acquisition will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued on or about 18 Nov 1996 with a 30 day closing.
