L -- ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE AN/ALR-67E(V)2 OPERATIONAL FLIGHT PROGRAM SOL N00019-94-G-0042 POC Contact, Carolyn Abney, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure an update of the Operational Flight Program (OFP) Version 23. The update will incorporate several new interfaces into the OFP to meet fleet requirements. Upon completion of the effort the contractor shall deliver the complete OFP. Work shall begin as soon as possible and delivery of all reports and software shall be as specified in the Statement of Work. NAVAIR intends to award sole source order to Litton, ATD, 4747 Hellyer Ave., P.O. Box 7012, San Jose, California 95150-7012 under an existing BOA. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the AN/ALR-67E(V)2, Litton is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time-frame.
