Contracting Officer. The US Postal Service is seeking sources with call
center manaagement experience. Interested parties should submit to the
address listed no later than 4:00 PMEST, Tuesday, November 12, 1996,
a summary documenting a strong statistical analysis capability and
demonstrated expertise in assessing call center strategy, structure,
quality assurance, customer satisfaction, technology, and operating
procedures. The summary, including cover letters and attachments must
not exceed a total of 950 pages with a minimum average font size of 10.

or mail. This is the first of USPS planned synopses of this
requirement. When USPS solicits propsoals for the aforementioned
