Replace Sidewalks, Stoops, and Driveways Capehart MFH - This project includes all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and performance necessary for the reconstruction of deteriorated and failed concrete including sidewalks, stoops and driveways in the Military Family Housing area of McConnell AFB KS. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of concrete stoops on 186 MFH units, remove and replace sidewalks on 186 units approximately 90 SF per unit, and remove and replace concrete driveways on 70 units approximately 700 SF per unit. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Anticipated issuance date for IFB Solicitation Number F14614-97-B0003 is 22 Nov 96. Tentative bid opening date is 23 Dec 96. Performance period will be 150 calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Proceed. Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 1771. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
