A depth of 32 feet MLW will be required with an allowable overdepth of 1 feet. The total amount of material to be dredged will range from 0.3 million cubic yards to 1 million cubic yards depending upon the number of bid options awarded. All dredged material is expected to be beach quality and will be placed on the beach north of the inlet. Magnitude of construction is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Pre-Solicitation Notice will be issued on or about 04 Nov 96. Invitation DACW17-97-B-0003 will be issued on or about 18 Nov 96 and opened on or about 19 Dec 96.
