Work will include demolition of block wall between two existing rooms, demolition of existing ceilings, utilities and finishes; installation of new utilities, finishes and other support systems. Work shall include the installation of lead lining of the area and subsequent testing of the area for adequate shielding. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC 1542 applies.
