Sites for Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. Delivery of 25 units will be made F.O.B. Destination to Defense Distribution Depot Tobyhanna, Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna, PA 18466-5105, with the other 25 units being shipped F.O.B. Destination to Defense Distribution Region West, Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Transportation Officer, P.O. Box 960001, Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Each destination will receive 5 units 180 days ARO, 5 units 210 days ARO, 5 units 240 days ARO, 5 units 270 days ARO, and the final 5 units 300 days ARO, for a total of 25 units per destination. A 100% option provision is to be included in the contract, and may be exercised at any time up to 60 days prior to the last scheduled production delivery. Bar code marking is required. Packaging is Level ''C'' Protection over Level ''C'' Packaging or best Commercial Packaging Standards. Three Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL's), which shall be ''Not Separately Priced'', exist for the following Configuration Management items: 1) Scientific and Technical Reports Summary; 2) Provisioning Technical Documentation (Design Change Notice); and 3) Engineering Data for Provisioning. The contractor's best commercial warranty is desired for this procurement. A Statement of Work package is also applicable, as well as specification level drawings. The most recent representative unit price is $787.25, for a quantity of 57 each, awarded 30 April 1996. Under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, this synopsis shall serve as the formal solicitation for the above outlined requirements.
