The Air Force System requires that the contractors be knowledgeable in digital data control, MIL-SPECS and JCALS compliance. The capabilities required are indicated below: a. Capability to scan technical data, perform quality assurance for the accuracy of the data, correct errors, quarantee its accuracy, and transport the final data to the Air Force depot. b. Convert data to PDF (IPDF) type document and transport it to the Air Force field user. c. Capability to maintain SGML data d. Capability to maintain graphic data using AUTOCAD e. Capability to maintain graphic data using INTERCAP Utilities (Quick Edit, Illustrator II, Exchange). If you are interested in providing these services, a response is desired no later than 6 Dec 96.
