Technical services for System Maintenance Facilities, Combat System Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Reliability/Maintainability/Availability (RMA), and Programmatic Support. Providing these services will require performance of a broad range of tasks which will contribute to the maintenance, support and upgrade of the AN/BSY-1, CC/A System, the AN/BQQ-5() and AN/BQQ-6 Sonar Systems, AN-BSY-2, NSSN C3 IS and other related systems and programs. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract wi th Cost Plus Fixed Fee Provisions is anticipated. We intend to make a single award. Contract period will be sixty (60) months after contract award. Total estimated level of effort will be 320,000 manhours. Key personnel and minimum number required for each labor category will be as follows: Program/Project Manager III - 1 each; Systems Engineer IV - 2 each; Systems Engineer II - 5 each; Senior Test Engineer - 1 each; Test Engineer - 3 each. The work will be performed primarily in Newport, RI. Other sites include Combat System Maintenance facilities, temporary test and evaluation sites including research vessels, U.S. Naval vessels and range facilities.
