The intent of this solicitation is to establish an arrangement for a blanket purchase agreement to provide microfiche services for USDA, Office of Operations, National Information Technology Center. The services will include all labor, materials, equipment, formatting, supervision and transportation necessary to provide services for the furnishing of original and duplicate microfiches. Work is scheduled to begin December 10, 1996 and continue through fiscal year 1997 with options for 1998 and 1999. Solicitation packages will be available on or about November 22, 1996.
