Weights of vehicles are estimated to range from 10,000 - 130,000 pounds. Government will provide the contractor a copy of the Louisiana Dept. of Transportation and Development route approval letter and will provide the contractor oversize/overweight permits for movement over federal and state highways. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price requirements contract with base period of 01 Jan - 31 Dec 1997, with 2 1-year option periods.
