Contractor shall provide all required labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision and all else necessary to Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to complete construction to repair bathrooms in Dormitory 729 with an option bid to repair bathrooms in Dormitory 727, both at Nellis AFB NV. Work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to the replacement of all vanities and lights, replacement of all bathroom plumbing, including shower fixtures, lavatories, water closets and surrounding stalls, replacement of all tile on the floors and walls, replacement of shower curtains with shower doors, installation of new lighting in the shower and water closet areas, replacement of bathroom lighting fixtures, upgrading of bathroom fan exhaust systems, repainting bathroom walls and ceilings. The estimated total dollar value of the base bid (Dorm 729) is between $500,000 and $1 Million, and the estimated total dollar value of the optional bid (Dorm 727) is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated performance period is 160 calendar days, plus 120 additional calendar days if the option bid item is awarded. This project is issued as unrestricted and is open to business firms of all size. The SIC code for this work is 1542 with a three year average annual small business size standard of $17 Million. An evaluation factor may be given to small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns to determine the low bidder. A nonrefundable check in the amount of $17.00, made out to ''DFAS-SB 672300'' must be provided for each solicitation requested.
