Non-personal total maintenance contract services for Government owned Army Family Housing (Patrick Henry and Mark Twain Village 2,012 units), leased and rental housing in and around Heidelberg (426 units), BOQ/BEQs (174), and soldier quarters (648). Services include, but are not limited, to Vacant Quarters Maintenance and Repair, quarters inspections and occupant self help, preventive maintenance on buildings and structures, interior/exterior painting, and floor maintenance. Work reception desk and self help stores will have to be operated by contractor as well. Technical/management/past performance and price proposals will have to be submitted. Services are scheduled for one basic year (01 Mar 97 - 28 Feb 98), two option years will be included. Solicitation is expected to be available on or about 20 Nov 96.
