Z -- DPW FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FORT LEONARD WOOD, MISSOURI SOL DABT31-97-R-0002 DUE 030597 POC Contract Specialist Glenn Tate (573) 596-0255 (Site Code DABT31) The contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor and equipment, except as specified as Government furnished, to operate, maintain, repair, and construct real property facilities and appurtenant structures at the Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA) and Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. These requirements include but are not limited to: maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds maintenance, and repair of surfaced areas, railroad maintenance and repair, operations of water plants and distribution systems, operations of wastewater treatment plants and collection systems, maintenance and repair of the post hospital, pest control, operations of the post heating plant, preventive maintenance for family housing and other building services. Anticipated contract type is a Cost Plus Award Fee. Performance is for a base year (1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998) with four 1-year option periods.
