908-532-5207. Thermal Imaging Night Vision Devices. AN/PAS-13(V)1,
AN/PAS-13(V)2, and AN/PAS-13(V)3 Thermal Weapon Sites (TWS) a family of
passive infrared (IR) real time thermal imaging viewers providing
individual/crew served weapon's gunners the capability to
acquire/engage targets in darkness/degraded visibility. TWS spare
parts. AN/VAS-5 Driver Vision Enhancer (DVE) a passive IR real time
thermal imaging viewer to provide combat/technical wheeled vehicle
drivers the capability of continued normal driving operation in
darkness/degraded visibility. Three-year multiyear
indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is being contemplated
under a firm-fixed-price arrangement with range quantities. Multiple
contract awards are possible utilizing a Best Value Source Selection
determination. Hardware samples shall be submitted with each proposal.
Hardware samples will be required to meet the requirements of TWS
Performance Specification, XXXXXX, and DVE Performance Specification
MIL-PRF-49256. The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM)
has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide
electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations
for Bids (IFBs) from Government to Industry. All interested parties
wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send
and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the
EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to
a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software
to interface with the EBB system. A user's identification code and
password will be issued upon request along with instructions for
downloading the EBB User's Manual. All requests must include (1)
company name, (2) point(s) of contact name(s) and title(s), (3) return
address(es) and (4) telephone number(s). Please send your request in
