Postal Service requires the manufacture and delivery of 840 Flats Sorting Machine 881 Modification Kits, 283 Installation Kits and 1 Depot Spares Kit. This modification to the FSM 881 calls for changing of the machine's induction timing. These kits consists mainly of photocells, brackets, mounting, and installation components. Solicitation will be issued on or about November 22, 1996, with proposals due on or about December 20, 1996. All interested parties must sign a non-disclosure form prior to receipt of a solicitation.
