Concerns having the ability to provide a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Those individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification (including phone number and point of contract) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, excepting the expense of prescriptions, hospital, surgical, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Rochester, New York area. Estimated number of mandays are 13,140 (11,680 male and 1,460 female) for the base period; 7,300 mandays (6,570 male and 730 female) for option year 1; 7,665 mandays (6,935 male and 730 female) for option year 2; 8,030 mandays (7,300 male and 730 female) for option year 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 12/09/96. Estimated closing date is o/a 02/07/97. Contract base period is two years with three one year options to renew.
