The requirement will besolicited using commercial item practices in accordance with Part 12 of the Federal AcquisitionRegulations. Anticipated award is 4/98 for a base and four option years. Government employeesshall have the right of first refusal for employment. This solicitation is part of a Government costcomparison to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or byGovernment performance is more economical.
