This parcel of land is located in Township 6 S., Range 7 E., W1/2W1/4, SE1/4SW1/4 section 28, San Bernardino Meridian, Riverside County, California. Parties eligible for consideration will be individuals and companies from the private sector, and State and local entities, to work under a revenue generating agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation. The request for proposal was issued November 1, 1996. The date for receipt of offers is December 30, 1996. There is no charge for the above proposal.
