The work involves but is not limited to the remediation of deficiencies that place the elevator out of compliance with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) safety code for elevators and escalators. The work is required in occupied facilities. The work shall be completed within 180 days following a Notice to Proceed. The magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
