USAYPG has a requirement for on-site dedicated configuration, reconfiguration control, hardware updating, preventive and remedial maintenance of ADP equipment. This equipment includes, but is not limited to: analog tape equipment, video and film reading equipment, network equipment, telemetry data equipment, telemetry front end equipment. Preventive and remedial maintenance services include diagnostic testing, inspection, lubrication, adjustments and replacement of malfunctioning or inoperable parts, plus providing tools and test equipment necessary for maintenance. It is the responsibility of the KTR to provide movement, configuration and reconfiguration and related services to keep the system current with the latest hardware and software diagnostics and current with the latest ECOs FCOs, and PCOs. Services shall include all functions, including detaching, dismantling, disconnecting, uncabling, movement of equipment, and reinstalling reattaching, reconnecting, recabling of the real time data systems. Base maintenance period is one year with 4-1 year options available. Technical proposals will be required in response to the solicitation.
