Maintenance shall consist of preventive and emergency maintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance is one year plus two one-year options. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Delivery will be FOB Crane. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Synopsis Logic Modeling Inc., 555 Republic Drive, Plano, TX 75074 due to required access to the company's proprietary information for maintenance/repair of this equipment.
