Speights (Site Code W31XNJ) In general, the work shall consist of the following: Maintenance dredging of Biloxi Harbor (West Approach, East Access and Lateral Channels) and Bayou La Batre Harbor. Disposal for each project will be open water disposal only. The total estimated quantity of material available for removal at Biloxi Harbor ranges from 475,500 cy (base) to 875,170 cy with options and 1,675,000 cy (base) to 2,139,000 cy with options for Bayou LaBatre. This solicitation includes optional items for additional work. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis System) is not required. Bid documents are available on or about 19 November 1996. Costs are as follows: Plans half size $16.00. Specifications $25.00. Cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for Plans and Specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a Prime Contractor or a Subcontractor.
