This requirement is for the acquisition of EX136 warheads loaded with the PBXN-110 explosive, inert loading of EX136 warheads, and options for the purchase of EX 136 empty assemblies and the loading of additional EX136 empty assemblies. Technical data will be delivered under the proposed acquisition. The requirement will be fulfilled through other than full and other competition with the only qualified manufacturer, Alliant Techsystems, Composite Structures/Bacchus Works, Magna, UT 84044-0098. The EX136 Warhead is a design variant of the MK125 MOD O Warhead. Deliveries will either be to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5100 or White Sands Missile Range or Missile AUR facilities.
