Harvey (205) 235-7558 (Site Code DAAC01) Contractor shall provide liquid Aluminum Sulfate (Alum) to Anniston Army Depot Industrial Waste Treatment Plant (IWTP) (Bldg. 520) and the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) (Bldg. 153). The Aluminum Sulfate will be utilized at the IWTP to treat hydrocarbon laden wastewaters generated from the steam cleaning of combat vehicles and to treat domestic sewage at the STP. Treatment consists of equalization, precipitation, coagulation, clarification and filtering. Chemical properties to be supplied shall be listed in the solicitation. Deviations from these properties beyond the limits given for any property will result in the chemical not meeting the requirements of the specification. This is a requirements type contract for a base year and two one year options. The annual usage is approximately 150,000 gallons. Deliver to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201-4199.
