The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for spacecraft engineering, design, test and fabrication services in support of various NRL projects. The work includes program management, system and subsystem fabrication, engineering analysis, structural testing, vehicle design, and experimental and development packages. Offerors must have experience, adequate facilities and an ability to provide qualified personnel. Prior to contract award, offerors must have a top secret facility clearance and personnel available with the required DoD clearances. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee term contract is anticipated with a 5 year period of performance. The principal place of performance is at NRL in Washington, D.C.
