The Bureau of the Public Debt, Department of the Treasury, will issue a simplified acquisition RFQ for FIP repair and support services (hardware and software) for microcomputers and peripherals at small offices in the cities listed below. Generally each office location will have two microcomputers configured in a peer-to-peer local area network with a shared network printer. The following is a list of locations in which these services will be required: Jacksonville, FL; Miami, FL; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Detroit, MI; Charlotte, NC; West Trenton, NJ; Albany, NY; New York, NY; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Richmond, VA; Birmingham, AL; Chicago, IL; New Orleans, LA; Minneapolis, MN; Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Oklahoma City, OK; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX; Milwaukee, WI; Phoenix, AZ; Golden, CO; Albuquerque, NM; Alameda, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; and Bellevue, WA. The Government contemplates award of multiple purchase orders to achieve coverage in all these locations for a systems life of five years. Requests for the RFQ document must be made in writing.
