The final solicitation is revised under Item No.17 as follows: The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intendsto acquire Base Operating Services (BOS) at the U. S. Naval Station, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management and materials required to perform the following functional services:Entomological/Pest Control, Electrical Distribution Systems, Heating Plants and Pathological Incinerator Services, Water Plants and Systems, Wastewater Treatment Plants and Systems, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment, Family Housing, Buildingsand Structures, Roads and Surfaced Areas, Fire Protection Systems, Transportation Operation and Maintenance, Hazardous Waste/Substance Clean-up, Swimming Pool Operation and Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial, Refuse Collection, Hospital, andHousing at Sabana Seca. This will be a combination Firm Fixed Price/Indefinite Quantity Award Fee type contract for a base period of one year with options to extend - total duration not to exceed sixty (60) months. Proposed contract is anticipated tocommence 1 October 1997. The proposed solicitation will be unrestricted. Specifications will be available on or about 17 December 1996 on a first come first serve basis. The cost for the first set is $75.00 and the cost of the second set is $100.00.No more than two sets of specifications will be provided to each requester.
