The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Jamaica intends to contract for the services of an individual to provide technical assistance under an eighteen month contract to the Fiscal Policy Management Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Planning (MOFP). The individual will Financial Secretary, with undertaking a broad range of analyses on fiscal policy issues and with setting in place related systems and procedures that strenghen the Ministry and its capabilities in policy formulation and implementation. Interested parties shall submit their request for the RFP via FAX 809-929-9944 or by mail to the address above. The deadline for submitting the proposals will be 30 calendar days after the effective date of the RFP. Please note however, that in the interests of saving time, photocopying and mailing costs, the preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on 3.5'' floppy disk (WordPerfect 5.2 format).
