The National Inst. of Health, National Cancer Inst. intends to obtain services from Netcomm, Inc., 6000 Executive Blvd., Ste.#600, Rockville, Md. 20852. The Office of Intramural Management, the Office of Extramural Management and the Administrative Resource Centers provide administrative support and services to the Intramural & Extramural programs of the NCI, which includes general management, policy and guidance, personnel, acquisitions, budget, and information systems. VSOF for windows will replace the DOS version of SOF. VSOF is an enterprise wide accounting management software product which interfaces with the NIH Central accounting System data. The original SOF was develop in 1987 by Netcomm and is a copyrighted product. This is not a request for competitive proposals, as no solicition will be issued. However, vendors who believe they can meet the Government's requirement may submit their qualifications. The submission must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail so that a determination can be made regarding meeting the Goverment's requirements.
