extraction by PCR - 12 EA, Varicella - Zoster by PCR (CSF) - 14 EA,
Methylmalonic acid, quantitative serum - 6 EA, anti-myeloid peroxidase
Ab-18EA, TAT: 3 days for Arginine Vasopressin (ADH) - 188 EA, Borrella
burgdorferi by PRC, bld or csf, 20 EA, Herpes Simplex by PCR, 20 EA,
Total Estrogens - 76 EA, Estrone, 200 EA, Estiol 15EA, Carnitine, serum
-60 EA, Homocysteine, total, plasma - 8 EA, Organic Acids screen, urine
- 3 EA, TAT: 4 days for Fungal Serology Survey, serum - 5 EA, TAT: 9
days for Borrella culture - 16 EA, TAT: 14 days for Fragile X Syndrome,
Molecular Analysis, 20 EA. It is anticipated that the award will be
made as a modification to an existing contract N02-CL-40004 with Mayo
Medical Laboratories, 200 First Street, SW, Rochester, NY 55905. For
consistency of ongoing studies Mayo Medical Laboratories is the
intended source for award of these proposed tests. See Numbered
