The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to reroof Navy Exchange and Commissary, the work includes demolition and removal of existing skylights, flashings, and damaged roofing, cold applied Bituminous Roofing, installation of roof walkway, conduit, pipe blocks, flashing and sheet metal, gutters and downspouts, skylights, exterior sealants and incidental related work. This contract is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1761 and the annual size standard is $7.0 million. Contract duration period is 120 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
