The work includes the furnishing of all labor, approved materials, and equipment necessary to remove asbestos smoke curtains and door seals, and to install new sheet metal smoke curtain and pillow type firestopping. The requirement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. Quotes will be solicited for the proposed contrat on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration period is 90 calendar days from commencement of work.
