Bryan at 406-731-4008. Description of Project: This project includes the demolition of the existing administrative portion of the dog kennel building 1887. Add a new administrative building to the kennel. The new addition is a pre-engineered metal building placed on a concrete slab-on-grade with its own gas fired heating system. Included in this project is replacement of all existing windows. Miscellaneous site work to include new trees, partial chain link fence with gate, and exterior concrete sidewalks. All work is to be performed on Malmstrom AFB. Performance Period is 250 calendar days. The estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The tentative issue date is 22 Nov 96 and will open on or about 23 Dec 96. This solicitation is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Program.
