WALTER, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order under BOA N00019-94-G-0225 with Raytheon Company, Electromagnetic Systems Division, Goleta, CA, for engineering services to develop a lightening protection system for the AN/ALE-50(V) Countermeasures Dispensing System. The Government does not own a data package necessary to compete the proposed procurement. Raytheon is the AN/ALE-50 system developer and manufacturer and, as such, is the only known source with the personnel, facilities and expertise required to perform this effort within the required timeframe.
