Project design to be done on CAD compatible with Auto cad Version 13. Rating performance will be in accordance with FAR Part 36. This is not a Request for Proposal and is totally reserved for ''Emerging Small Business Firms''. Emerging Small Business means a Small Business Concern whose corporate size standard is no greater than 50% of the numerical size standard applicable to SIC 8712, and whose average annual gross revenue of the last three (3) fiscal years did not exceed $1.25 million.
