Tasks include assisting in the development ofpolicy documents, producing pilot communication products such as constituent meeting design process, use of various medium for information and news bulletins, both to internal and external audiences, guidance on implementing charter team recommendations, design of communications and analysis tools, developing position papers, writing and editing. Interested parties are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data to the address above, to be received no later than 15 days after receipt of this notice.
