May Walker, Contracting Officer. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment required to provide improvements to the aircraft hot refueling area. The work shall include the construction of a new 12,000 square-meter fueling entrance taxiway, the fabrication and installation of three new direct fueling pantographs to provide universal fueling capability at three of the fueling stations. Additional items include supporting electrical work, taxiway lighting, other associated site work, and incidental related work. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Construction duration is 270 days. This is an unrestricted procurement. It is anticipated that plans and specifications will be available on December 2, 1996.
