Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supplies to perform snow and ice removal for Caven Point Marine Terminal, Jersey City, N.J. roads, walkways, and paths. The area for plowing is approximately two acres. It will be assumed that contractors will have verified the actual area prior to submitting quotes. This is a small business set aside, SIC 4959, small business size standard of maximum $5 million gross revenues averaged over the last three years. If no responsive quotes are received from small businesses, quotes from large businesses will be considered. The period of the contract is for one year plus two option years. Award is in anticipation of a 01 January 1997 start date. The solicitation package is at no charge and will be available on or about 03 December 1996. At the Government's discretion, solicitations may be limited to the first fifteen written or EDI (electronic bulletin board) requests.
