This is a market survey to identify potential contractors capable of supplying load and assemble equipment for 7.62mm military ammunition. The loaders required shall be capable of loading 7.62mm NATO and blank cartridges, and include on-line inspection features as well as integrated or add on tip identification equipment for tracer and blank cartridges. The loaders should be capable of filling cases with ball, cylindrical, and flake type powders with individual charge weight spreads of no greater than +/- 0.33 grains. Loaders for M82 Blank, M118 Special Ball and M852 Match cartridges should be capable of producing at least 100 rounds per minute; load and assemble units for all other combat cartridges should produce at least 250 rounds per minute.
