The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA plans to award a three year firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, contract for development and production of Microwave Power Module Amplifiers. The requirement is for Type II Amplifiers covering the 6.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency which meet stringent performance requirements in areas of, but not limited to, harmonic suppression, spectral purity, and broadband thermal noise power, in accordance with Government-provided Specification 13672-TS637C and Drawing 1611AS474. The amplifiers shall function in a severe airborne environment and shall meet rigorous form factor, weight and power consumption requirements. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, with one First Article Unit required 45 days after acceptance of the First Article Test Report, which will be required 330 days after contract award. An initial quantity of 4 production units will be required to be delivered at a minimum rate of 2 per month commencing within 300 days after acceptance of the First Article Test Report. Additional IDIQ production quantities, not to exceed 120 units, will be deliverd as required on individual Delivery Orders at a minimum rate of 2 per month commencing 300 days after issuance of an order.
