systems. Vendors must provide technical literature and specificity in
supporting equipment other than by Motorola. This procurement request
is for all or none. Vendors must respond with a firm proposal within 15
days from the date of this notice. There will be no formal solicitation
issued. Vendor responses are to be in proposal form and sent to the
