Must have capability to interoperate with low band VHF-FM radio sets. Harris PN: AN/PRC-117D(C) and battery chargers and cases to match radios. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Harris RF Communication Division, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610 on a sole source basis. Radios must meet the JCS mandate requiring mandatory DAMA in military satellite communication transceivers to relieve congestion on UHF communication satellites.
