All or part of this action is an unfunded FY97 requirement. The following will be Government Furnished Material: ABC-M8 Chemical agent detector paper and toxic chemicals (nerve and blister agents). Requirement must be manufactured in the US or Canada. Statistical Process Control is required. First Article Test is required. Estimated issue date of this solicitation is 121696.
