70 -- FAXBACK SYSTEM POC Laura Pfitzner, (703) 693-2140 The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (WHS/HRSC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with FaxBack, Inc., 1100 North West Compton Drive, Suite 200, Beaverton, Oregon 97006, for the purchase of FaxBack VIII Pro/XL System, interactive voice response/fax back system. This system will permit customers to call into the HRSC phone line, listen to a recording of job opportunities, select a job of interest, input their fax machine number, resulting in an automatic transfer of the job announcement by fax to the customer. Interested vendors are requested to submit documentation and pricing, that substantiates their ability to meet the stated requirement. No solicitation document exists, requests for such a document will be considered non-responsive. No telephonic requests will be honored, written responses only. If a solicitation is issued, a second synopsis will not be published. If no affirmative responses are received within 45 days of publication of this notice, an order will be placed with TravelWare.
