Density 4.0 to 4.5 pounds per cubic foot. An additional line item will be included for any labor which may be required for laminating, skiving or cutting the foam to meet specified requirements. The Navy intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 to satisfy this requirement. The minimum quantity will be $9,000 and the maximum will not exceed $100,000 over the contract's three year ordering period. It is anticipated that the pricing arrangement will be fixed-price with economic price adjustment tied to the Producer Price Index for petroleum; however, firm-fixed-price quotes will be acceptable. Required delivery is within 45 days after issuance of delivery order. Delivery is required F.O.B. destination with inspection and acceptance at NSWC Crane.
