The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a Contractor to provide assistance and training to improve the writing skills of approximately 240 Office of Administration employees. The assistance and training shall be oriented towards a one-on-one approach or small groups of employees as opposed to classroom training. The RFQ will be issued fifteen days after publication of this synopsis. Requests for the RFQ should be submitted in writing to the above address, or they may be faxed to 304-480-6632.
