The Contractor will provide the screening services at four separate Forest Service locations on the Winema National Forest, Klamath County, Or. There will be 50 copies of the RFQ printed and they will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is an indefinite quantity contract consisting of a base year and two option years.
