This synopsis serves as notice that the Indian Health Service, Reno District Office, will enter into a non-competitive acquisition with Nevada Urban Indian, Inc., for continuation of the urban Indian Health Program services to Native American Indians residing in the Reno-Carson City, Nevada area. Statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is Title V of Public Law 94-437, Indian Health Care Improvement Act.
