The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a Non Personal services contract for an X-Ray Technician. Duties are to be performed at the the Federal Prison Camp, located at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, Goldsboro, North Carolina. The services are to provide X-Ray Technician services to the inmates population, to include taking, developing, and preparing X-Rays for review by the medical staff at FPC Seymour Johnson. The contractor will be responsible for submitting written reports, evaluations, and operation plans for the X-Ray Department, typewritten form, using a computer (Wordperfect), verified by the contractor's signature and handed personnally to the Health Services Administrator. X-Ray Technicians must be licenced, and certified in the state of North Carolina, and a graduate of an approved X-Ray Technician School. This contract will include a base year not to exceed (12) twelve months from date of award, with four (4), one (1) year option periods for renewal. Estimated number of sessions for the base year = 208, (two (2) sessions per day, two (2) days a week, one (1) session equals three (3) hours in length.) Option Year #1 estimated sessions = 208, Option Year #2 estimated sessions = 208, Option Year #3 estimated sessions = 208, Option Year #4 estimated sessions = 208.
